The aim of the competition is to provide an opportunity for nonprofit organizations to present one’s activity, profile, by way of using internet video technics. The aim also is to prepare and publicate videomaterials presenting organizations that are appearing in our homepage. The videomaterials should present the organization, the relevant activities performed to attain the aims as well as introducing the present time and perspectives of the organization.
The competing organizations should present one’s collegues, aimgroups, developments concerning humane and objektive functioning, by way of using archivated filmshots, photoes, reports, running commentaries respectively. The technics proposed for filling up data carriers are to be found in our homepage. Competitors should register one’s materials using any kinds of remedies apt for digital registration (video cameras, mobile telephone etc.), completed, if possible, with running commentary and music. The materials to be presented should be saved on data carriers by way of cd-writer. The materials should be registered exclusively on CD. We expect self-presenting materials with the length from 5 to 15 minutes from each organizations. If short motivation is attached, this length may be extended up to 20 minutes. No self-presenting materials registered on any CD should surpass the size-limit of 700 MB and time-limit of 20 minutes. Competitors are advised to check if their materials are properly registered. Competition materials surpassing these size and time limits are invalid.

The center of all these organizations should be EU and US-situated.
Registration: competing organizations should appeal for registration using forms unloadable from our homepage. They are also asked to post the filled-up forms together with the credit slip proving payment of registration fee. We are going to send all our competitors certification of receipt of the shipment (together with the registration-code of the organization), within 10 work-days. Organizations are asked to indicate their respective registration-codes in the „object” field in any further shipments. Applications for registration should arrive before 30th of October, 2006.
Registration fee. The registration fee, valid in the years 2006 and 2007, for competing organizations is USD 20. This sum may be remitted to corrent-account number 11103509-18709900-36000001. The registration-fee must be payed in before 20th of October, 2006. Competitors will be charged with operation costs proportionate to the time passed from the publication of their competition. The sum covering these costs amounts to 1 % of gross incomes of the preceding year – and less than USD 200. Competitors are asked to kindly pay in one’s respective sums. Official certification on these incomes is not required. Organizations with incomes less than USD 100 are dispensed from paying that fee. Invoices about the sums recieved will be sent for the organizations after the decision about the competition.
20 winners of the competition should write up the events of the competing organization from one’s foundation on, one’s present situation, and perspectives ingeniously, however according to homogeneous wording principles. The self-presenting materials of the winners will be exhibited in front of our homepage within a month after the decision about the competition. The winners will be dispensed from paying the operation costs for the years 2006 and 2007.
The organizations, should their competitions be accepted, will be entitled to make changes in its self-presenting material at any time after their publication, as well as to cancel its exhibition.
The self-presenting materials should arrive before 31th of September 2006.
We are going to give informations concerning the decisions about the competition from the 1st of March 2007 on, within 10 workdays following the decision, through our homepage and through the correspondent addresses given by the competing organizations, respectively. The self-presenting materials sent in by competing organizations can be read in our homepage, in order of arrival, after the winning materials. Exceptions are made to excludable organizations and, even in case of doubt, to instigating and unlawfull materials.
Competition can be accepted as valid, if the first shipment of the competitors includes the completely filled form, subscribed by those concerned, the copy of the document certifying the payment of registration fee, and if the competitor has sent that document to the address of Pályatárs Egyesület, 1398 Budapest, pf. 560. Hungary Competitors are asked to send the form to our electric address and to indicate the full name of the organization in the „object” field. Deadline: 30th of September, 2006.
The second shipment (to be sent in envelope of format A4), should include:
• The original, filled form, undersigned by the chief of the organization, and provided with the registration code
• A copy, attested by the organization-chief, of the foundation document of the organization and that of lawful decision of the tribunal certificate of registry
• The CD, put in small-size, closed envelope, and containing the self-presenting material. The envelope should also contain a short description of the contents of the CD and an undersigned declaration on copyright. Deadline: 31th of December, 2006.
We regard the last competition of the organization, arrived before the deadline as definite.
Incomplete competitions are regarded as unvalid.
Registration fees shall not be repayed.
The competition will be advertized in a national daily, too.
The administrator of the competition is Pályatárs Egyesület. Questions, arrived at the e-mail address palyatars@pr.hu , concerning the competition, will be responded in our homepage, within 10 workdays following their arrival.
